As Co-Founder, Chairman, and Managing Partner of Arrow Bridge Capital Group LLC, Soddee brings over 14 years of rigorous, hands-on expertise in residential real estate development, acquisition, and real estate finance. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation among institutional investors for his disciplined capital deployment, precise market analysis, and flawless deal execution in residential real estate.
In tandem with his executive leadership at Arrow Bridge Capital Group, Soddee serves as the Managing Real Estate Broker for Knight Land Company Real Estate Brokerage, providing him with a direct, real-time pulse on market inventory, valuation trends, and off-market opportunities. Demonstrating his deep commitment to industry governance and professional excellence, he sits on the executive board of the state of Oklahoma’s largest and longest running real estate investment association, where he actively drives industry standards, policy compliance, and best practices.
Prior to launching his real estate career, he served as a state prosecutor and later held key roles within the federal government. He has a background that instills an uncompromising approach to fiduciary duty and regulatory compliance.
He holds a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center and earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from Oklahoma State University. Soddee is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. where he won member of the year in 2025. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Krimsen Diamond Foundation which is a nonprofit organization centered around helping the youth in the community. Soddee resides in suburban Oklahoma City with his wife of 12 years and their 7 year old son.
